A Greek version of the Italian Porcheta prepared from fresh pork with various Mediterranean herbs. Slow cooked for around 12 hours and smoked with beech wood. Ideal for a buffet or a cold meat platter. Cut into very thin slices for snacks or delicious sandwiches. Shelf life 90 days. Store in refrigerator at 0-4 C. Available approx. 2 Kg cut.
