Description

These sausages are made following the original recipe that we inherited from our forbearers. The pork we use comes entirely from specially selected local farms and the leeks are grown by local producers. Oregano, a herb which is strongly associated with the area, is also sourced from local producers. Smoked slowly, over beech wood. Cook before eating. Shelf life 90 days. Store in refrigerator at 0-4 C. Available in 3 kilo, 2 kilo, 380 gr vacuum packages.
