Made from 100% select Greek pork. These sausages owe their great taste to the excellent mature Epirus Graviera cheese we use. The product is heat treated and can be eaten after cooking at a moderate temperature for 8-10 minutes. It is important not to scratch or puncture the sausages as they will lose a significant part of the Graviera. Cook before eating. Shelf life 90 days. Store in refrigerator at 0-4 C. Available in a 350 gr vacuum pack.
